Cooking instructions:
- For each cup of dry couscous, use 1½ cups of boiling water/ stock.
- Add a pinch of salt and TBsp oil or butter or olive oil.
- Add couscous into boiling water, stir once with a spoon, cover with a lid, and remove from heat.
- Allow to stand for approximately 5 min.
- Fluff with a fork.
The minimum order is 300g. Suggested serving size of dried couscous per person: 100g.
