Country of Origin: France Cooking instructions: Boil water. For each cup of dry couscous, use 1½ cups of water. Add a pinch of salt and TBsp oil or butter. Add couscous into boiling water, stir once with a spoon, cover with a lid, and remove from heat. Allow to stand for approximately 5 min. Fluff with a fork.
