We’ve been recipe testing this for a while, adjusting the flour type and hydration levels to give you the best possible result from a home oven. This is no easy feat, as sourdough pizzas like to be cooked fast and hot but we don’t all have proper pizza ovens and the weather is no longer bbq friendly, so we have worked on this recipe to give you the closest experience you will get to a fired up pizza but in the comfort of your cosy home.
If you have a pizza stone or flat bottomed cast iron pan then even better but this has been designed to give you a good result from your average baking tray.
*Note – Our packaging will vary because we sterilise and re-use containers & jars donated from our customers, this ensures that unnecessary packaging does not enter into our supply chain
**Note 08/02/21 – Sadly we have had to put the prices of the pizzas up by £1 each due to Wobbly Bottom Farm (our local cheese producer) relocating to Wales and us having to use more expensive cheeses in the pizza kits
